very good vegee patties

2 cups of chopped cashews
2 cups of longhorn cheese or sharp cheddar
1 cup of chopped onions
6-9 eggs or 6 cartons of egg beaters
1 cup of cracker meal.
mix all ingrediants and form into meatballs or patties. Brown with some vegetable oil. Remove from stove. Place in baking dish. Pour your favorite spaghetti sauce or 2 cans of tomato paste with some water over the top of patties. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
