DID YOU KNOW that you can substitute soft tofu for the water, oil and eggs in any commercial cake? this is great for low fat, low carb or vegans who don't want the eggs. Just use the same amount of the water+oil. Follow all other directions the same, and use the recommended baking times! flavored tofu is great too.
