Be with the lawyer's and help them to be careful with there words so that they may help her to keep her children that she love's so much. I konw Lord that you will not foresake them. I too going thought the same thing as you. I'm in a divorce and am fighting for my 20 month old son to stay with me. I feel for you and the girls. And want you to know that you and the girl's are in our thoughts and prayers just now. God be with you and your girls. I was listening to a minister on the radio the other day. And he we taking about fear. And how to over come it. If you feel and believe something bad will happen then your basicly deciding your own fate. But if you realy really place you situation in God's hands, let him take care of your fears and he will be with you. You need to go to court knowing that God is on YOUR SIDE and that HE CAN TAKE CARE OF ALL THINGS! He will not NOT FORESAKE yur girls. Have now fear because God is with you know n always. And even more so in your time of need. God bless you and yours. Amen. Staci -

Abuse leaves scars that take a very long time to heal. The emotional scars tend to be worst that the physical. If your husband was physically abusive towards you and your child, you should request that the courts grant your husband supervised visitation. Do not present your case in a bitter or hostile manner. Present yourself as a mom who is concerned for the safety of her children. You are the victim here. That gives you an advantage. Do not tell the courts that you want your husband out of your childen's life. That puts you at a disadvantage. Most importantly, comply with all of the courts directives even when you dont want to. Do not try to get your children to takes sides or stop loving their father. Some counseling may be helpful for u and the children. Being exposed to abused is very traumatic for children. I have worked extensively with families and victims of abuse and the victims rarely loses. Keep a level head and keep your emotions at bay. May God bless you as you proceed with the very difficult task. If you have any questions or need support, please feel free to email me.
