Update on John:
John was transferred to N. H. yesterday late morning. He is in the same area that he was a little over a year ago. Hopefully it isn't the room where his dad died. Keep praying for him.
Sorry that I spoke so forcefully about the wife and man, but you see I have never been divorced. What do I know, I believe in forgiveness, and letting God work thru us to His end not ours.

UPDATE: Steve is eating lightly and they walked him a little last evening. Prayer is sure wonderful and we serve an awesome God. He cares so much for each of us, which we do not deserve, but Praise the Lord that He loved us and drew unto Himself.
John also is better. Will be going to NH for a while for rehab. Don't know when as yet.
LeRoy is stablizing, to have triple bypass soon. His mother flying to Chicago on Tues to be there for him.
Cannot remember if I put down Fran who was not expected to live as she had double pnuemonia and septicemia and wasn't expected to live. Praise the Lord she is back home in her house and doing better of course like the rest of us with COPD our lungs are dying but we can help ourselves and God can help the most. Thank you for all thos prayers. I am having problems myself again, but so far it is just a annoying cough.

Steve was home for Christmas and then flew on Saturday back home to Mali. He lives near the beach, so he got up early Sunday morning and went for a walk on the beach. A big man came up the beach towards him and pulled a knive out and stabbed Steve in the stomach several times and tried for his heart and missed it by about 1/2 inch then tried to cut Steves throat, but Steve got far enough away and got to a beach kosac and dialed 911 and then passed out. He was in ICU until Tuesday night before they could get out who his parents or relatives were, and they called Jim and Eleanor and he was able to talk a tiny bit to him parents. Eleanor called me today to tell me, as she is just beside herself.
Was to send emails to every everyone, but you know when something important happens and you need to do this the ole' devil likes to freeze up my computers emailing. It is nice that I can get messages out to others using cards and other web-sites.
