  My dear Sister;

I realize you have some real problems. Rest assured I am praying for you. I guess the situation has you down somewhat but I know for sure God loves you and has not forsaken you.
From personal experience, I have discovered that no matter how many our problems, if we stop to count our blessings, we find more blessings than problems. So begin counting - 1. You are alive... 2.... 3....
Count your garden by the flowers, never by the leaves that fall... As we pray for you and you count your blessings, it is my hope that your spirit will be lifted and solutions will come.

First I know GOD is on our side, but I need some human help as well.
House-Mechanical problems-
1-neither bathtub is functional- upstairs- can't be used because the toilet is plugged up again, which makes about the 9th or 10th time since we lived here. We found out back when the last distribution took place that the main pipe was installed as level. It needs to have some downward slant so the waste will go down. If you take a shower while it is plugged the toilet bubbles up and over. Also the shower door either needs to be fixed or replaced.
b-The downstairs tub -The previous owners installed two diverters and they conflict with each other. Plus we need a shower rod installed.
2-the kitchen plumbing- there is a source of water that is coming out from under the kitchen cabinet every time we run the water for any length of time. I crawled under the sink and all the fittings, and pipes are dry and even have dust collected on them.
3-the air conditioner-[outdoor unit] needs to be replaced, it keeps kicking off the breaker every 2 hours or less. And when we have any type of storms we have shut the indoor unit off until storm passes. Then go out to flip the breaker, followed by coming back in to turn on the indoor unit. Then go back out to make sure the outdoor unit did come on.
4-The electric panel box needs to replaced, because it is in really bad shape and could cause a fire.
5-the garage -First and foremost it needs one of the garage doors to be functional. They both on the bottom panel are rotted out as well as falling apart. Both need some of the wheels put back on track too. {Then we could have several garage sales to make some extra money to help ourselves}.
6-get the lawnmower flushed out, tune up and in working condition again. That way we can do the lawn ourselves.

Vehicles-1-Both need full coverage insurance down payment as well figuring a way to pay the monthly.

2-Explorer- Needs to get caught up on the note so it is current to the month due, gas, and the stupid radio fixed so that every time you hit a pot hole it doesn't fall in your lap.

3-Ranger- Needs to get caught up on the note so it is current to the month due, gas, tune up from sitting so long, brake job, catalytic converter, battery, inspection, and registration.

Mom-1-to finally get caught up on all her follow up Dr's appt's that have been rescheduled at my last count 4 times, I think. Her prescriptions that are waiting at Wal-Mart, the dept. of aging said we have met the max for this year in aid both in utilities and rx's.

2-Get her teeth done once and for all.

3-have some social visits by friends at least once a month, and get to go back to church when she can get her hair done.

Me-
1-me going back to work at either a full-time or part time job asap,

2-get the finances to a controllable level again, which entails me going back to work at a temp. job.

3-That also encompasses the finding a caregiver, and dog walker, as well as what the budget will allow for both.

My Pets-
1-get them all caught up on their shots

2-get Chip's allergies under control,

Lanna-my sister
1-a job that she feel she will be happy at-[I know that might be impossible]
Please put my family on the prayer team list.
